High 5 Casino Free Sweeps Coins: What Its October 29, 2026 Rules Actually Say

High 5 Casino gives free Sweeps Coins through a daily login grant and a mail-in request (three coins per valid card), and its help centre says new accounts receive 55 Sweeps Coins, a figure its other pages do not repeat. Its rules, version 45 of October 29, 2026, require players to be 21 or older, exclude 22 states, and set redemption at 50 Sweeps Coins for a gift-card style prize and 100 for cash. Game Coins, its play money, cannot be redeemed.

Published October 30, 2026 — the Sweepstakes Official Rules (version 45), sign-up bonus page and help-centre pages read on high5casino.com that day. Legal record from the court and news sources named below. We did not open an account or send a request card.

The signup offer: three pages, three answers

High 5 is the brand whose rules we could read, and it is also the one whose welcome is hardest to pin down. On October 30, 2026:

We cannot tell which of these a new account receives today, and 55 SC would be more than twice any other free welcome we track, so treat it as unconfirmed until it appears in your account. What is not in doubt: the rules state that "no purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win", and the $9.99 spins package is optional.

Three currencies: Game Coins, Sweeps Coins and Diamonds

Game Coins are for "freemium play" and, in the rules' words, "cannot be redeemed for Prizes". Sweeps Coins are the sweepstakes entries; for redemption only, one is worth $1.00 in prize. The rules also say Sweeps Coins "possess no real monetary value" until a redemption is approved, and may be forfeited if an account is suspended or terminated. Diamonds are a loyalty currency used to unlock games and features, and are not redeemable. The daily bonus page describes a "Daily Harvest" of free Sweeps Coins on login and a separate grant of Game Coins and Diamonds every four hours; the amounts are not published.

The mail-in request: three Sweeps Coins a card

Version 45 sets out the alternative method of entry in detail. You generate a single-use Mail-In Code from "My Account", valid for 60 days; handwrite a 4 by 6 inch request card with your account details, the date and a set statement; and post it alone in a plain white #10 envelope from the state of your verified address, with the Mail-In Code handwritten on the back of the envelope. Everything must be handwritten in one colour of ink, the name must match your account, and automated or outsourced handwriting voids the card. Each valid card credits three Sweeps Coins, subject to verification. The complete checklist is in our mail-in guide.

Playthrough and redemption

The rules require free Sweeps Coins to be "used at least once" in a Sweeps Coins game before they count toward a redemption, and let High 5 require more plays for any coin source. The help centre's playthrough page uses a 3x example (30 SC needing 90 SC of play), so check the goal shown in your account rather than assuming 1x. Eligible coins can be combined with ineligible ones to cover a stake and can keep being played until you request a prize.

Minimums are 50 eligible Sweeps Coins for a non-cash prize and 100 for cash. High 5 says a redemption may take up to ten days, longer during identity checks, which may include government photo ID, a biometric face scan, proof of address and Social Security number validation. Prizes of $2,000 or more in a calendar year trigger extra checks and require your Social Security number, which lines up with the $2,000 Form 1099-MISC threshold that applies from 2026. Florida players are limited to $5,000 of redemptions per Sweepstakes Entry Period, with any excess deferred.

Where High 5 is open

Version 45 opens the sweepstakes to legal US residents aged 21 or older, excluding Arizona, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Washington and West Virginia, "and where otherwise prohibited". Illinois is not on the list. The Oklahoma notice at the top of the rules says new registrations and purchases from the state stopped on October 15, 2026 and the platform closed to Oklahoma players on October 29, ahead of the state's November 1 ban. Earlier 2026 exits: Indiana and Iowa on June 16 (redemptions to June 30) and Maine on June 26 (redemptions to July 10). See the ban tracker for the law behind each.

The legal record

High 5 Entertainment LLC is the social-casino arm of High 5 Games, a New Jersey slot developer. Two cases belong on any account of it. In Washington, in Larsen v. PTT, LLC (W.D. Wash., No. 3:18-cv-05275), a federal judge ruled in June 2024 that High 5 Games' social casino apps violated the state's gambling-recovery and consumer-protection laws, a jury awarded former players just under $25 million (Casino.org), and a settlement of $12 million to $30 million received preliminary approval on August 14, 2026 (ClassAction.org). In Connecticut, the Department of Consumer Protection suspended High 5's supplier licence on March 14, 2025 over its sweepstakes casino; after a settlement of about $1.44 million in restitution and payment, it was reinstated effective May 22, 2025 (SBC Americas, May 30, 2025).

Games

The library is built in-house by High 5 Games; its own pages describe more than 1,500 games, against the 1,200-plus recorded in its September terms. If you want third-party studios or live tables, other brands in our operator notes fit better.
